Pierce the Darkness increases awareness and raises funds for optic nerve related impairment research, as well as supports families with vision loss.

In our fourth year as a private charity and after two fun and successful gala events, we are shaking things up a bit for 2026 with a more casual Winter Social event. We continue to put our efforts into hosting events each year that provide our ongoing supporters and guests a chance to learn more about our mission while at the same time raising awareness and funds toward research and quality of life improvements for children and families of children with visual impairment.

Through the generosity of our donors, guests, and sponsors, we bring light to children with vision loss and thereby Pierce the Darkness.
